For your well-being, we kindly ask you to send us photos of your ID documents the day before arrival (a smartphone photo is sufficient—we will take care of the rest) and to inform us of your expected arrival time.
Impeccable cleanliness throughout our hotel has always been one of our key features. In addition to our usual conscientious cleaning in accordance with HACCP regulations, we now also carry out thorough disinfection of surfaces and rooms. We assure you that the room you have booked has been fully sanitized and then aired for at least 24 hours before your arrival in the beneficial air of Carano.
Several hand-sanitizing stations are still available throughout the hotel.
We kindly ask our guests to open the French doors/windows before leaving the room free for daily cleaning.

BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS Thank you for choosing to book with us! A reservation is considered confirmed only after we have received and confirmed in WRITING a deposit equal to approximately 3 days of your stay.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES The booked room will be available from approximately 3:30 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please keep this in mind when planning your journey. Upon request and subject to availability, we can offer Early Check-in and Late Check-out – for an additional fee.
DELAYED ARRIVAL If you are unable to arrive in time for dinner (by 8:00 pm), we kindly ask you to inform us. Reception closes at 9:00 pm. No refunds are provided for meals not consumed.
PARKING Park your car free of charge in the numbered parking space assigned to you.
